What is your returns policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with any of your purchases from roksport.com, you may return them to us within 21 days of receipt for either refund or exchange.
All items must be returned 'as sold': in resalable condition, unworn, in original packaging with all swing tickets attached. If a returned item fails to meet one of these requirements roksport cannot accept the item back.
We regret that no postage charges can be refunded for returned item unless the problem was a fault by us, for example wrong item size/colour sent out. In these rare cases we will refund your postage charges.
Will my item be tracked?
Yes, we send all items via the royal mail using their signed for recorded delivery service. If you wish to know your tracking number so you can personally trace your item all you need to do it email us.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards and are now happy to confirm that you can now pay via paypal.
When will the money be taken from my account?
Roksport.com has a policy of not taking any money until we have the item in hand and ready to send. We will not process any orders until we can confirm we have the item your ordered.
Do you offer next day delivery service?
Yes we do offer next day delivery for any U.K order. All next delivery orders have to be made by 1.00PM in order for us to send it next day delivery. This service is then guaranteed for next day delivery before 1PM.
Can I make a order over the phone?
Yes, our customer service team are more than happy for you to call and place an order over the phone. Simply have the item name and your payment and address details at hand and give us a call on 01792 458600.
I live local to your store, can I call in and collect an online order?
Yes, but please wait until your receive a confirmation email that your order is ready to collect before coming into the store for collection.
What happens if my ordered item is out of stock?
On the rare occasions that our website is not accurate an item is out of stock you will recieve and email from us stating the item is currently out of stock and no money will have been taken from your account.
My item is lost/hasn't arrived, what can I do?
If you have not received your item after a sensible period of time please call us or email us with your name and order number. We will then check your tracking number and provide you with it. If your item is still not with you after 30 days we will open a dispute with royal mail and issue you with a refund/replacement product.
